Cake Batter Pancakes Recipe

Fluffy cake batter pancakes made with vanilla and colorful sprinkles.

Ingredients
  

  • 1½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • 1¼ cups whole milk
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted unsalted butter
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons rainbow sprinkles

Instructions
 

  • Mix dry ingredients. Whisk wet ingredients. Combine gently and fold in sprinkles. Cook pancakes on greased skillet over medium heat until golden on both sides.

Notes

Do not overmix batter to keep pancakes fluffy.
