Spicy Cajun shrimp served over creamy guacamole in bite-sized cups.

peeled and deveined

Cajun seasoning

lime juice

finely diced red onion

chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions
Season and cook shrimp in skillet. Mash avocados with lime juice, onion, cilantro, salt, and pepper. Spoon guacamole into cups and top with shrimp. Serve immediately.
Notes
Assemble close to serving time for best freshness.
