Butterfinger Balls

Butterfinger balls made with crushed Butterfinger candy, peanut butter, and chocolate. An easy no-bake dessert recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Butterfinger candy bars crushed
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 ½ cups powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 12 ounces milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or shortening optional

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, mix crushed Butterfingers, peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
  • Scoop mixture into small portions and roll into balls.
  • Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
  • Melt chocolate chips gently until smooth, stirring in coconut oil if using.
  • Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate and tap off excess.
  • Place back on parchment paper and allow chocolate to set.
  • Refrigerate briefly or let set at room temperature before serving.

Notes

Chill the filling well before dipping to keep balls from falling apart. Store chilled for best texture.
