Butterfinger balls made with crushed Butterfinger candy, peanut butter, and chocolate. An easy no-bake dessert recipe.

Butterfinger candy bars
crushed

creamy peanut butter

powdered sugar

graham cracker crumbs

teaspoon
vanilla extract

milk chocolate or semi-sweet chocolate chips

tablespoon
coconut oil or shortening

Instructions
In a large bowl, mix crushed Butterfingers, peanut butter, powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, and vanilla extract until fully combined.
Scoop mixture into small portions and roll into balls.
Place balls on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Melt chocolate chips gently until smooth, stirring in coconut oil if using.
Dip each chilled ball into melted chocolate and tap off excess.
Place back on parchment paper and allow chocolate to set.
Refrigerate briefly or let set at room temperature before serving.
Notes
Chill the filling well before dipping to keep balls from falling apart. Store chilled for best texture.
