Burrata Pistachio Pizza

Burrata Pistachio Pizza with creamy burrata, crunchy pistachios, and savory toppings, perfect for a gourmet homemade pizza.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball pizza dough 12 oz
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 burrata cheese 8 oz
  • 3 –4 slices mortadella
  • cup pistachios chopped
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh basil optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F and prepare a pizza stone if available.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a 10–12 inch circle.
  • Transfer dough to parchment paper or pizza peel.
  • Brush olive oil over the dough.
  • Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese evenly.
  • Season with salt and pepper.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden.
  • Remove from oven and add burrata on top.
  • Add mortadella slices and sprinkle pistachios.
  • Top with fresh basil if desired, slice, and serve.

Notes

Add burrata after baking for best texture.
Use unsalted pistachios for better control of flavor.
Do not overload toppings to keep crust crisp.
