Burrata Pistachio Pizza

Burrata Pistachio Pizza with creamy burrata, crunchy pistachios, and a crisp white pizza base perfect for an easy homemade meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ball pizza dough about 12 oz
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ½ cup ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 burrata cheese 8 oz
  • cup shelled pistachios unsalted
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh basil optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F and place a pizza stone inside if available.
  • Roll out pizza dough into a 10–12 inch circle on a floured surface.
  • Transfer dough to parchment paper or a pizza peel.
  • Brush olive oil over the surface of the dough.
  • Spread ricotta cheese evenly across the dough.
  • Add mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
  • Sprinkle minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Remove pizza from oven and place burrata in the center.
  • Top with crushed pistachios and fresh basil.
  • Drizzle with olive oil, slice, and serve warm.

Notes

Add burrata after baking to keep it creamy.
Lightly crush pistachios for better texture.
Use fresh ingredients for the best flavor.
