Buffalo Chicken Taquitos

Buffalo chicken taquitos with crispy tortillas and creamy spicy filling. Easy appetizer or dinner recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon onion powder
  • 10 small flour tortillas
  • Cooking spray or oil

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken, cream cheese, buffalo sauce, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and onion powder until smooth.
  • Spoon filling onto tortillas and spread evenly.
  • Roll tortillas tightly and place seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  • Lightly spray with cooking spray.
  • Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
  • Remove from oven, cool slightly, and serve.

Notes

Place seam-side down to keep taquitos closed.
Do not overfill to prevent breaking.
Serve with ranch or blue cheese dressing.
