Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a baking dish.
Mix butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla until smooth.
Add flour, cocoa powder, and salt and mix into batter.
Spread batter into dish.
Whisk corn syrup, brown sugar, eggs, butter, vanilla, and salt.
Stir in pecans and pour over brownie layer.
Bake for 45 to 50 minutes until set.
Cool completely before slicing and serving.
Notes
Do not overbake to keep center soft.
Let cool before cutting for clean slices.
Serve with ice cream if desired.
