Ingredients

warm whole milk

active dry yeast

granulated sugar

large eggs

unsalted butter
softened

all-purpose flour

salt
Egg Wash

large egg

tablespoon
milk
Instructions
Activate yeast in milk and sugar. Add eggs. Mix with flour and salt. Knead and add butter. Let rise. Shape rolls. Rise again. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.
Notes
Dough will be soft and slightly sticky.
