Brioche Rolls Recipe

Soft homemade brioche rolls with rich buttery texture and golden tops.

Cook Time 25 minutes
Servings 12 rolls

Ingredients
  

  • ¾ cup warm whole milk
  • teaspoons active dry yeast
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter softened
  • 4 cups all-purpose flour
  • teaspoons salt
  • Egg Wash
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Instructions
 

  • Activate yeast in milk and sugar. Add eggs. Mix with flour and salt. Knead and add butter. Let rise. Shape rolls. Rise again. Brush with egg wash and bake at 350°F for 20–25 minutes.

Notes

Dough will be soft and slightly sticky.
