Ingredients

16 oz refrigerated biscuit dough

breakfast sausage
¼
cup
all-purpose flour

whole milk
1
teaspoon
salt

teaspoon
black pepper

large eggs
1
tablespoon
butter or oil
1 ½
cups
shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F and grease a pizza pan or baking sheet.
Flatten biscuit dough pieces and press together on the pan to form a crust.
Bake crust for 10 minutes until just set.
In a skillet, cook sausage over medium heat until browned.
Sprinkle flour over sausage and stir for 1 minute.
Slowly add milk, stirring constantly, until gravy thickens.
Season gravy with salt and black pepper and remove from heat.
Scramble eggs gently in butter or oil until just set.
Spread sausage gravy evenly over the par-baked crust.
Top with scrambled eggs and shredded cheese.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until cheese is melted and crust is golden.
Cool slightly, garnish if desired, slice, and serve.
Notes
Par-baking the crust prevents sogginess. Slightly undercook eggs so they stay soft after baking.
