Water for cooking

heavy cream

vanilla extract

cake batter extract

sweetened condensed milk

Instructions
Cook boba and sweeten lightly. Whisk milk, cream, extracts, and condensed milk. Stir in sprinkles. Add boba and ice to glass. Pour milk mixture over and serve.
Notes
Use fresh boba for best chew.
