Birthday Cake Bubble Tea Recipe

Creamy birthday cake bubble tea made with vanilla milk, boba, and sprinkles.

Ingredients
  

  • ½ cup dry tapioca pearls
  • Water for cooking
  • 1½ cups whole milk
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cake batter extract
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 tablespoon rainbow sprinkles
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions
 

  • Cook boba and sweeten lightly. Whisk milk, cream, extracts, and condensed milk. Stir in sprinkles. Add boba and ice to glass. Pour milk mixture over and serve.

Notes

Use fresh boba for best chew.
