egg noodles

cans tuna
drained (5 oz each)

unsalted butter

diced yellow onion

garlic

all-purpose flour

whole milk

sour cream

shredded cheddar cheese

frozen peas

breadcrumbs or crushed crackers
Instructions
Cook noodles. Make roux with butter, onion, garlic, flour, and milk. Stir in sour cream and cheese. Add tuna, peas, and noodles. Transfer to dish, top with crumbs, and bake at 375°F until bubbly.
Notes
Do not overcook noodles before baking.
