Instructions
Preheat oven to 475°F and place pizza stone inside if using.
Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into desired shape.
Transfer dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel.
Brush olive oil over the dough.
Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a border around edges.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
Add sliced banana peppers and optional toppings like pepperoni and onions.
Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
Top with Parmesan cheese and seasoning before slicing and serving.
Notes
Drain banana peppers well to avoid soggy crust.
Do not overload toppings for even cooking.
Use a hot oven for a crisp crust.
