Banana Pepper Pizza

Banana Pepper Pizza Recipe with tangy peppers, melted cheese, and crispy crust for an easy homemade meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb pizza dough
  • ½ cup pizza sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup sliced banana peppers
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ cup pepperoni
  • ½ cup cooked sausage
  • ¼ cup sliced red onions
  • ½ cup mushrooms
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 475°F and place pizza stone inside if using.
  • Roll out pizza dough on a floured surface into desired shape.
  • Transfer dough to a baking sheet or pizza peel.
  • Brush olive oil over the dough.
  • Spread pizza sauce evenly, leaving a border around edges.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the sauce.
  • Add sliced banana peppers and optional toppings like pepperoni and onions.
  • Bake for 10–12 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.
  • Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
  • Top with Parmesan cheese and seasoning before slicing and serving.

Notes

Drain banana peppers well to avoid soggy crust.
Do not overload toppings for even cooking.
Use a hot oven for a crisp crust.
