Brown Butter Glaze
½
cup
unsalted butter
2
cups
powdered sugar

–3 tablespoons milk

teaspoon
vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients. Add dry ingredients. Bake at 350°F for 25–30 minutes. Brown butter and whisk glaze. Pour glaze over warm bars and let set before slicing.
Notes
Use very ripe bananas for best flavor and moisture.
