Baked Pineapple Salmon

Baked pineapple salmon with sweet glaze, garlic, and juicy flavor. Easy healthy dinner recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 salmon fillets
  • 8 pineapple slices
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • 2 tablespoons green onions chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 400°F.
  • Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
  • Arrange pineapple slices in a baking dish.
  • Place salmon on top.
  • Brush glaze over salmon.
  • Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
  • Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
  • Serve warm.

Notes

Do not overcook salmon.
Use fresh pineapple for best flavor.
Customize with spices if desired.
