Baked Pineapple Salmon

Ingredients

soy sauce

honey

garlic

olive oil

lemon juice

black pepper

sesame seeds

tablespoons
green onions
chopped
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Mix soy sauce, honey, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and pepper.
Arrange pineapple slices in a baking dish.
Place salmon on top.
Brush glaze over salmon.
Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until cooked through.
Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
Serve warm.
Notes
Do not overcook salmon.
Use fresh pineapple for best flavor.
Customize with spices if desired.
