Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F.
Butter small ramekins or baking dishes.
Add a spoonful of cream into each ramekin.
Crack one egg into each dish.
Pour remaining cream evenly over eggs.
Season with salt, pepper, and optional toppings.
Place ramekins in a baking dish and add hot water around them.
Bake for 12–15 minutes until whites are set and yolks slightly soft.
Remove carefully and serve warm.
Notes
Use a water bath for even cooking.
Watch cooking time to keep yolks runny.
Serve immediately for best texture.
