BBQ sauce

cheddar cheese

black pepper

teaspoon
garlic powder

burger buns

tomato, pickles (optional)
Instructions
Preheat grill to medium heat (about 375°F).
Slice onions into thick rings and separate.
Place smaller rings inside larger ones to form a base.
Fill center with ground beef and season.
Wrap bacon around each stuffed onion ring.
Place on grill and cook 5–6 minutes per side.
Brush BBQ sauce during last few minutes.
Add cheese if desired and let melt.
Remove from grill and let rest briefly.
Assemble on buns with toppings and serve.
Notes
Wrap bacon tightly to hold shape.
Turn carefully while grilling.
Use medium heat for even cooking.
