Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

Soft and fluffy scrambled eggs made easily in the air fryer. Hands-off breakfast ready in under 10 minutes.

Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons milk or heavy cream
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter melted

Instructions
 

  • Preheat air fryer to 300°F for 2–3 minutes. In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs, milk or cream, salt, and black pepper until fully combined. Lightly grease an oven-safe dish with melted butter. Pour egg mixture into the prepared dish. Place dish in the air fryer basket and cook at 300°F for 8–10 minutes. After 4 minutes, open the air fryer and gently stir the eggs. Return to cook. Check at 8 minutes and stir again, cooking until eggs reach desired consistency. Remove and let rest for 1–2 minutes before serving.

Notes

Cook at a lower temperature to prevent overcooking. Stir once or twice during cooking for soft curds. Remove slightly before fully set to maintain creamy texture. Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days and reheat gently at low power.
