garlic powder

paprika

black pepper
Olive oil spray
Instructions
Boil eggs to desired doneness, peel, and set aside.
Mix sausage with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Divide sausage into portions and flatten.
Wrap each egg with sausage, sealing completely.
Roll in flour, dip in beaten egg, then coat with breadcrumbs.
Preheat air fryer to 375°F.
Lightly spray eggs with oil.
Place in air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 12–15 minutes, turning halfway through.
Remove when golden and cooked through.
Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Seal sausage well to prevent cracking.
Do not overcrowd air fryer.
Spray lightly with oil for crispiness.
