Air Fryer Perfect Baked Sweet Potatoes

medium sweet potatoes

olive oil

teaspoon
salt

black pepper

Instructions
Wash and scrub sweet potatoes thoroughly.
Pat sweet potatoes completely dry.
Pierce each sweet potato 3–4 times with a fork.
Rub sweet potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle evenly with salt and black pepper.
Preheat air fryer to 400°F if required by your model.
Place sweet potatoes in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Cook for 35–45 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Test for doneness by inserting a knife into the center; it should slide in easily.
Remove from air fryer and rest for a few minutes.
Slice open, fluff with a fork, and serve.
Notes
Medium-sized sweet potatoes cook most evenly. Avoid overcrowding the basket for best crisping.
