6-hour crockpot creamy ranch beef tortellini bliss made with tender beef, creamy sauce, and cheesy tortellini. A rich and easy slow cooker meal.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound beef stew meat
  • 20 oz cheese tortellini
  • 3 cups beef broth
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 packet 1 oz ranch seasoning mix
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 medium onion diced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups fresh spinach optional

Instructions
 

  • Add beef stew meat, diced onion, garlic, butter, ranch seasoning, salt, and black pepper to the crockpot.
  • Pour in beef broth and stir gently.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours until beef is tender.
  • Stir in cream cheese and heavy cream until smooth.
  • Add tortellini and mix gently.
  • Cook on low for 20–30 minutes until tortellini is tender.
  • Stir in spinach at the end and let it wilt before serving.

Notes

Use tender beef cuts for best results.
Soften cream cheese before adding for smoother sauce.
Adjust ranch seasoning for flavor preference.
Reheat with added broth or milk to maintain creamy texture.
