5 Minute Fish Taco Sauce
Quick and creamy fish taco sauce made in minutes.
Ingredients
- ½ cup sour cream
- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 1 clove garlic minced
- ½ teaspoon chili powder
- ¼ teaspoon ground cumin
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 –2 teaspoons hot sauce optional
Instructions
- Whisk sour cream and mayonnaise. Add remaining ingredients and mix until smooth. Adjust seasoning. Serve immediately or chill briefly.
Notes
Add hot sauce gradually to control heat.
