Instructions
Cook tortellini according to package instructions, then drain.
Cook bacon in a skillet until crispy.
Remove excess grease and add garlic, cooking briefly.
In a bowl, whisk eggs, cream, and Parmesan cheese.
Reduce heat and add tortellini to the skillet.
Slowly pour sauce over pasta, stirring continuously.
Mix until sauce is creamy and coats pasta.
Add optional vegetables and cook briefly.
Serve warm.
Notes
Keep heat low when adding egg mixture.
Stir continuously for smooth sauce.
Add cream or pasta water when reheating.
