3-Ingredient Gelatin Dessert

3-ingredient gelatin dessert with light texture and low calories. Easy healthy recipe.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 tablespoon unflavored gelatin powder
  • 2 cups water
  • ½ cup fruit juice or sweetener

Instructions
 

  • Heat 1 cup water and dissolve gelatin powder completely.
  • Add remaining cold water and juice or sweetener.
  • Mix well and pour into a container.
  • Refrigerate for 3 to 4 hours until set.
  • Serve chilled.

Notes

Use hot water to dissolve gelatin properly.
Adjust sweetness to taste.
Store in refrigerator for freshness.
