Pizza Tortellini

Baked pizza tortellini with cheese-filled pasta, marinara sauce, pepperoni, and melted mozzarella in one easy dish.

Ingredients
  

  • 20 ounces cheese tortellini fresh or frozen
  • 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
  • ½ cup water or broth
  • 1 cup pepperoni slices
  • 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup bell peppers or olives optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
  • Add uncooked tortellini to the baking dish.
  • Pour marinara or pizza sauce over the tortellini and add water or broth.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle Italian seasoning. Stir gently to coat.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the pasta.
  • Add parmesan cheese and scatter pepperoni and optional vegetables on top.
  • Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  • Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
