Baked pizza tortellini with cheese-filled pasta, marinara sauce, pepperoni, and melted mozzarella in one easy dish.

- 20 ounces cheese tortellini fresh or frozen
- 2 cups marinara or pizza sauce
- ½ cup water or broth
- 1 cup pepperoni slices
- 1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- ½ cup bell peppers or olives optional
Preheat oven to 375°F. Lightly grease a baking dish.
Add uncooked tortellini to the baking dish.
Pour marinara or pizza sauce over the tortellini and add water or broth.
Drizzle olive oil over the top and sprinkle Italian seasoning. Stir gently to coat.
Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the pasta.
Add parmesan cheese and scatter pepperoni and optional vegetables on top.
Cover tightly with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
