Ingredients
  

  • 200 g milk or dark chocolate high quality, melted
  • ½ cup pistachio butter or pistachio cream
  • ¼ cup condensed milk or white chocolate for extra creaminess
  • ½ cup kunafa or kataifi pastry shredded phyllo dough
  • 1 tbsp butter melted
  • 1 tbsp sugar for caramelization

Instructions
 

  • Heat a pan over low heat and add the shredded kunafa pastry.
  • Add melted butter and sugar, then toast until golden brown and crispy.
  • Let it cool and set aside.
  • Break the chocolate into pieces and melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.
  • Stir until smooth and glossy.
  • 6 In a bowl, mix pistachio butter, condensed milk, and honey until smooth.
  • If it's too thick, add a teaspoon of warm milk to soften.8 Pour a thin layer of melted chocolate into the silicone mold and spread evenly.
  • Let it set slightly (2–3 minutes in the fridge).
  • Add a spoonful of pistachio filling on top.
  • Sprinkle the kunafa crunch layer over the filling.
  • Cover with the remaining melted chocolate to seal the bar.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
  • Gently remove the bars from the mold.
  • Break one open to see the gooey pistachio cream and crunchy kunafa!
