Break the chocolate into pieces and melt using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals.
Stir until smooth and glossy.

Let it set slightly (2–3 minutes in the fridge).
Add a spoonful of pistachio filling on top.
Sprinkle the kunafa crunch layer over the filling.
Cover with the remaining melted chocolate to seal the bar.
Refrigerate for at least 2 hours until fully set.
Gently remove the bars from the mold.
Break one open to see the gooey pistachio cream and crunchy kunafa!
