Oil turns brown.
Water boils.
Both are caught by foil traps.

How to accomplish it in a step-by-step

1. Prepare the potatoes
Slice potatoes into 1-2 inch chunks.
Or leave the little potatoes intact.

2. Add seasoning

Toss with:
1 teaspoon of oil a pinch of salt
(Pepper, garlic powder, and herbs are all optional. )

3. Create your steam pouch

Rip off a piece of aluminum foil
Put the potatoes in the middle.
Water should be added in one tablespoon.
Wrap the foil in a loose package.
Not tight—allow some room for steam to accumulate.
Consider “potato tent”.

4. Air-fry
Temperature: 375°F (190°C)
Duration: 15–18 minutes
