  • 6 oz white melting chocolate or white candy melts
  • Mini chocolate chips (for eyes and buttons)
  • Orange sprinkles or mini orange candies (for noses)
  • 8 lollipop sticks
  • Optional swap: Use milk chocolate chips for a “melted snowman” effect.
  • Optional: A few pretzel sticks for tiny “arms.”

Steps

  1. Line a small tray with parchment so your pops have a place to cool and set.
  2. Gently twist each Oreo open and press a lollipop stick into the cream. Don’t worry if a little cracks the chocolate will hold everything together.
  3. Close the cookies back up and press lightly to secure the stick.
  4. Melt the white chocolate in short bursts in the microwave until smooth and silky.
  5. Dip each Oreo pop fully into the melted chocolate, letting extra drip off. It doesn’t have to be perfect they’re snowmen!
  6. Lay on your tray and add the mini chocolate chips (eyes/buttons) and an orange sprinkle nose before the coating sets.
  7. Chill for 10–15 minutes until firm and glossy.

Chef’s Tips

  • If your Oreos start to split, warm them in the microwave for 5 seconds before inserting the stick it helps!
  • Let your melted chocolate cool slightly before dipping so it coats evenly rather than sliding off.
  • Store these cuties in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days they stay crisp and bright.

Variations

  • Peppermint Snowmen: Add a tiny sprinkle of crushed candy cane on the tops before chilling.
  • Chocolate Snowmen: Dip in milk or dark chocolate for a fun “cocoa snowman” twist.
  • Colorful Scarves: Use thin strips of fruit leather as tiny edible scarves.
