Easy 5 Minute Vegan Fudge

This Easy 5-Minute Vegan Fudge is rich, silky, and wonderfully chocolatey with zero baking and barely any cleanup. It’s the kind of quick dessert that saves the day when you need something sweet now, and no one will believe how simple it is.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dairy-free chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup creamy peanut butter (or almond butter)
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup

Optional add-ins:

  • Pinch of sea salt
  • Chopped nuts or shredded coconut

Steps

  1. Melt everything. Add chocolate chips, peanut butter, coconut oil, and maple syrup to a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave briefly. Heat in 30-second bursts, stirring between each, until smooth and fully melted. Don’t worry if it looks glossy that’s perfect.
  3. Stir until silky. Mix well so everything is fully combined and smooth.
  4. Pour and spread. Transfer to a parchment-lined loaf pan or small dish and smooth the top.
  5. Chill to set. Refrigerate for 20–30 minutes until firm.
  6. Slice and enjoy. Cut into small squares a little goes a long way.

Chef’s Tips

  • Use good chocolate: It makes all the difference in flavor and texture.
  • Keep pieces small: This fudge is rich, so bite-size squares are perfect.
  • Store chilled: It stays firm and fudgy in the fridge.

Variations

  • Peppermint fudge: Add 1/4 tsp peppermint extract.
  • Salted chocolate: Sprinkle flaky sea salt on top before chilling.
  • Nut-free version: Use sunflower seed butter instead of peanut butter.
