Steps

- Prep the dough. Flatten each biscuit into a 4–5 inch circle. Don’t worry if they’re not perfect they stretch easily.
- Fill and stuff. Spoon a little beef into the center of each dough round, add a pinch of cheese, then carefully wrap and pinch closed.
- Arrange seam-side down. Place the bombs on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake at 375°F for 14–16 minutes until puffed and golden.
- Make garlic butter. Stir melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan.
- Brush generously. Brush the hot bombs with garlic Parmesan butter and sprinkle with parsley if using.
Chef’s Tips
- Don’t overfill: A small scoop seals better and prevents leaks.
- Seal well: Pinch and roll gently so the cheese stays inside.
- Extra golden top: Broil for 1–2 minutes after brushing if you love crisp edges.
Variations
- Bacon cheeseburger bombs: Add cooked, crumbled bacon to the beef.
- Cheeseburger deluxe: Tuck in a tiny piece of pickle for classic flavor.
- Pizza-style bombs: Swap beef for sausage and add mozzarella + marinara for dipping.
