  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup almond flour

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Steps

  1. In a medium bowl, mix sausage, cheddar, and softened cream cheese until mostly combined it may feel sticky, that’s normal.
